S. Caesar (Sy) Raboy, a former senior executive of Sun Life, has been named to BF&M Ltd.'s board of directors.

Mr. Raboy joined the Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada in 1991. He retired in 1999 as senior vice president and deputy general manager of the United States operation, and remained a consultant to the company through 2001. He was elected to the board of directors of Sun Life US in 1995 and retired from the board in 2004.

Prior to joining Sun Life, Mr. Raboy was president of Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company.
