The Ace Group of Companies this week said it had appointed Robert Brack senior vice-president of claims services for Ace Overseas General, the company's international network of insurance operations.

Based in Philadelphia, Mr. Brack will report to Roger Day, executive vice president and head of claims for Ace Overseas General, the company said.

Mr. Brack will oversee the development of appropriate and effective claims operations in Latin America, Asia Pacific and Europe, and ensure their efficiency and effectiveness in solving customer service needs.

Prior to joining Ace, Mr. Brack was a senior manager with Bermuda-registered Accenture Ltd. in New York.
