The owner of North Rock Brewing Co. David Littlejohn has joined with Frog and Onion restaurant owner Carol M. West to incorporate a local company with limited liability to be called Dockyard Brewing Company Ltd.

Ms West currently sells North Rock?s beer at the Frog and Onion and The Royal Gazette understands that the proposed incorporation will simply formalise the business relationship between the two companies.

As previously reported, the West End Development Company (Wedco) has accepted their business plan and granted permission for the partners to set up the brewery in Dockyard?s victualling yard. Wedco rents out property at the Dockyard to businesses and in order for any business to relocate, Wedco must agree as the lease-holders of the property.
