The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index fell 2.29 points yesterday to close at 4,449.03.

On a quiet day of trading Bermuda Aviation Services fell 25 cents to close at $6.25 as investors traded in 1,500 shares.

The only other activity on the Exchange saw Butterfield Bank trade in 300 shares to close unchanged at $57.50.

The total value of the shares bought and sold on the BSX yesterday was $26,625.00 and the overall volume of shares was 1,800 shares.
