BSX gains 58 points
The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index gained 58.008 points last week to close at 3,939.70.
During a week of active trading Argus was the top performer gaining $1.75 to close at $13 as investors traded in 13,238 shares.
Bermuda Aviation Services rose 50 cents to close at $7.50 as 1,000 shares changed hands. LOM rose 20 cents to close at $3 as 3,800 shares changed hands and Butterfield Bank gained 10 cents to close at $46.70 as investors traded in 52,631 shares.
The only issue to decline this week was Belco losing 75 cents to close at $40.25 as 500 shares changed hands.
Bermuda Commercial Bank traded in 400 shares to remain unchanged at $8.50, 995 BF&M shares changed hands to remain unchanged at $18 and KeyTech traded in 2,100 shares to remain unchanged at $13.
The total value of the shares bought and sold on the BSX last week was $2,705,026.40 and the overall volume of shares was 74,664.
