BSX gains ground in active trading

The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index yesterday gained 15.70 points to close at 3,205.81.In the insurance sector, BF&M Ltd. shares moved up $1.35 to $15.35.Devonshire Industries Ltd. ? the parent company of Bermuda Paint ? saw trading of 500 shares but no change to its share price of $11.50.

Butterfield Bank saw investors trade 64 shares at a price of $40.45.
