Argus Insurance Company Ltd. also closed unchanged at $26.25 with 1,600 shares moving during the week. BF&M Ltd. gained $1.40 to close at $15.40 after investors traded 34,900 shares. Belco Holdings Ltd. gained 50 cents and closed at $41 after investors traded 1,150 shares. KeyTech Ltd. ? the parent company of BTC, Mobility and Logic and part owner of CableVision and QuoVadis ? rose 95 cents. It closed the week at $11.25 after investors traded 1,500 shares.
