The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index gained 92.79 points or 4.01 percent yesterday to close at 2,404.13. The increase was due solely to the Bank of Bermuda Ltd. which gained $3 or 9.1 percent to close at $36 on volume of just 100 shares.

No other shares traded for the day, and the only other activity was the trading of 18 Corporation of Hamilton 8 percent warrants, which did not affect the price which remained at $101.
