BSX up as Commercial Bank rises

The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index yesterday edged up 5.48 points, or 0.15 percent, as Bank of Butterfield shares remained unchanged at $45.25.
The only issue to see any activity was Bermuda Commercial Bank Ltd., which closed up $1 on volume of 134 shares to close at $9.00.
LOM (Holdings) Limited investors traded 2,000 shares to close at $2.85 a loss of 20 cents.
The total value of the shares bought and sold on the BSX yesterday was $6,906.00 and the overall volume of shares was 2,134 to close at 3,753.95.
