The Bermuda Telephone Company yesterday announced its 7.75 percent redeemable notes had been delisted following their redemption by note-holders.

Noteholders redeemed the bonds in exchange for KeyTech Holdings convertible preference shares.

“On redemption the Notes are deemed cancelled and do not confer any rights whatsoever on the holders, other than the right to payment of the principal amount together with accrued interest to the redemption date,” BTC said.
