C Travel, the Island?s largest travel agency, was named the top agency in 2004 for the Latin America and Caribbean division of the elite travel society, Virtuoso. C Travel accepted the award at Virtuoso?s annual travel academy held recently in Miami, Florida.

The award recognises the highest revenue grossing producer among all member travel agencies across South America, Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean. ?This certainly is an honour, and reflects how our customers consider our expertise, hard work and high service offering,? said chief executive officer Carl Paiva. ?I attribute this award to our amazing staff and the array of luxury travel options available through our Virtuoso partners.?

C Travel gained membership into the exclusive ?by-invitation-only? travel society shortly after its inception, becoming hand selected members in July, 2002 based upon its sales production, reputation and growth potential. The typical Virtuoso agency must have a proven track record of success and bookings in excess of $1 million per year in luxury travel.
