NEW YORK (Bloomberg) ? ChipMOS Technologies Ltd. has formed a three-member director's committee to evaluate the indictment of Chief Executive Shih-Jye Cheng in Taiwan, and raised its fourth-quarter revenue estimate to as much as $132 million.
The indictment by the Taipei District Prosecutor alleges misuse of corporate funds in 2004 at two subsidiaries, ChipMOS Technologies Inc. and at ThaiLin Semiconductor Corp., Bermuda-based ChipMOS said in a regulatory filing today.
The maker of semiconductor test equipment said the indictment doesn't allege that Shih-Jye Cheng gained personally from the alleged actions.
