Company Moves: Pearman steps down at Bakery

The Bermuda Bakery Limited has announced that its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of director James A. Pearman. Glenn M. Titterton will fill the vacancy until the next annual general meeting, scheduled for June 2, 2005.

Ascendant suspension lifted

The Bermuda Stock Exchange has lifted the trading suspension it had placed of the Common Shares of Ascendant Holdings Ltd. The lifting of the trading suspension followed an announcement by Ascendant Holdings Ltd. of the details of several subsequent issues of securities undertaken by the company.

LOM buys back shares

LOM (Holdings) Limited repurchased 39,100 of its own shares on May 13, 2005 at a price of $3 per share for cancellation.

Rengaz buys back shares

Rengaz Holdings Limited purchased for cancellation 5,500,000 of its own shares at US$12.969 per share. The repurchase was completed in order to address increasing and continuing imbalances between the supply and demand for the company's shares. The company has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange of the repurchase from the Renaissance Capital group of companies, a connected party of the Investment Manager, Renaissance Capital Investments Management Limited in accordance with the BSX Listing Rules.
