The price of a litre of gas fell 5.7 cents per litre at local pumps yesterday with the Ministry of Finance announcing that the maximum price for gasoline was $1.58 per litre or almost $5.99 a gallon.

Kerosene prices also fell by 0.6 cents a litre yesterday to a maximum price of $1.16 per litre or $4.39 per gallon. The price of a litre of diesel rose by 0.1 cent to $1.40 cents per litre or $5.30 a gallon.
