Growing Fulcrum's client base is new challenge for Henderson
Fulcrum Ltd., a leading offshore fund administrator based in Bermuda, has announced the appointment of Glenn Henderson to the newly created position of director of business development and technology services.
In his new role, Mr. Henderson (pictured) will be responsible for growing Fulcrum's client base as well as increasing Fulcrum's corporate activity within the international hedge fund industry. He will report to the board of directors.
Prior to joining Fulcrum, Mr. Henderson was managing director of Paragon Bermuda Limited. In April 2001 Paragon acquired the technology arm of Ernst & Young where Mr. Henderson was a senior manager. While at Ernst & Young, he was responsible for the sales and marketing activities of the Ernst & Young Bermuda management consulting practice.
Mr. Henderson has more than 20 years of international business development experience working with clients including Fortune 500 financial companies and large government agencies in North America, Europe and Asia.

Mr. Henderson obtained an Honours degree in business from Northwood Institute in Indiana. He is a member of the Bermuda E-government Advisory Group and the Young Enterprise Board, a programme which helps young people to develop their personal skills as well as their knowledge and understanding of the processes of business and wealth creation in the corporate environment.
Montpelier Re Holdings Ltd. announced that it has appointed Bermudian Peter Woolf as senior vice president and underwriting review manager, a new position within Montpelier Reinsurance Ltd.
Reporting to the president and chief executive officer, Mr. Woolf will be responsible for overseeing the controls and procedures governing the company's global underwriting activities, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulation, prompt and accurate claims processing, and adherence to underwriting strategy and guidelines.
Australian television magnate Bruce Gordon has become a director of LOM (Holdings) Limited.
LOM said Mr. Gordon, the owner of the Wreck Hill Estate in Sandys Parish, was appointed to the board in place of lawyer Maxwell Quin.
In addition to having television holdings in Australia, Mr. Gordon was the long-time head of Paramount Studios international distribution arm and has been a director of Bermuda Broadcasting Company.
