CCS Group announced that has completed his Registered Installer, Level One cabling certification. He achieved the designation after completing theory and practical requirements at the BICSI Telecommunications Cabling Installation Program in Tampa, Florida, last November.

BICSI was said to be the world standard for structured cabling installation and CCS Group Ltd is the only BICSI certified cabling company in Bermuda.

The official presentation was made by Education Minister Terry Lister to CEO Evan Greenberg at the company?s Woodbourne Avenue headquarters last week.

To achieve the IIP standard, employers must meet four key principles of good practice: Commitment to invest in employees to achieve business goals; Plan how skills, individuals and teams are to be developed to achieve these goals; Take action to ensure training and develop needs are met and tied to business objectives and evaluate the outcome of training and development and the impact on the individual, team and organisation.
