The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) finished slightly lower yesterday in light trading.

The share price of Kentucky Fried Chicken Bermuda Ltd. fell by 4.2 percent, or 25 cents, to $5.75, as 3,000 of its shares traded.

BF&M Ltd. also slipped by 25 cents (1.4 percent) to close at $17.75, as 865 shares were sold.

The only other activity centred on Butterfield Bank Ltd., which remained unchanged at $56.75 as 278 shares traded.

The Index closed down 3.59 points at 4,864.75, a decline of 0.07 percent. Volume was 4,143 and turnover $48,400.75.
