A writ has been filed in the matter of a mortgage dated 9 July, 1998 made between Darvis Demetris Morris Tucker and Talita Donnalyn Phipps (as mortgagors) of the one part of Bermuda Home Ltd. (as mortgagees) of the other part. And in the matter of a deed of further charge dated the 7 day of September, 2001 made between Darvis Demetris Morris Tucker and Talita Donnalyn Phipps (as mortgagors) of the one part and the Bank of Bermuda Ltd. (as mortgagee) of the other part between the Bank of Bermuda Ltd. and Darvis Demetris Morris Tucker and Talita Donnalyn Phipps.
