Writs

A writ has been filed by TeleBermuda International Limited, Globenet Communications Ltd. and 360 Americas Network (Bermuda) Ltd. against the Minister of Telecommunications and e-Commerce.

A writ has been filed in the matter of the Supreme Court Act 1905 and in the matter of the Bermuda Bar Act 1974 and in the matter of Stephen Mark Leonard.

A writ has been filed in the matter of Dr. Maureen Burke (appellant) and the Bermuda Hospitals Board (respondent) and in the matter of an appeal by the appellant against the decision of the respondent dated February 26, 2002 (served on the appellant March 6, 2002) suspending the appellants appointment to the respondents medical staff for a period of two (2) weeks and in the matter of section 9 (4) of the Bermuda Hospitals Board Act 1970 (as amended) and order 55, rule 3 of the rules of the supreme court 1985.
