Trustees for the Rivendell Trust are applying to incorporate a company to import concrete block to the Island.

According to this week's legal notices, trustees Paul King and Jo Ann King have applied on behalf of Hobbiton Holdings Ltd. to incorporate the local limited liability company to be called AAC (Bermuda) Ltd.
