ACE Group Holdings Inc. have appointed Norie Bregman as deputy general counsel for corporate affairs.

In this new position Ms Bregman will be responsible for legal matters related to ACE Group?s corporate structure, treasury function, major transactional work and intellectual property.

ACE Group Holdings, Inc. is the holding company for the operations of ACE Limited domiciled in the United States.

Ms Bregman will report directly to Robert Cusumano, general counsel of ACE Limited. ?I am delighted that Norie has accepted this important new global role for the ACE Group,? Mr. Cusumano said.

?It will draw on her proven ability to represent the company in major transactions and to provide sophisticated legal counsel across a broad range of disciplines.?

Prior to her new role, Ms Bregman served as general counsel of ACE Asset Management and provided senior legal support to the company on a wide variety of transactional and non-transactional matters.
