Gadget freaks and techno geeks can look to the opening of the new Radio Shack in the Washington Mall next week offering a variety of home entertainment products and accessories.

"Our new Radio Shack will carry the latest Radio Shack products ? radios, televisions, telephones, stereos and some products you may not expect," Radio Shack store manager Anthony Raynor said.

"Radio Shack is well known to carry every type of cable and connector for hooking-up that home entertainment system. Household items will also be available and the store will offer repairs."

Mr. Raynor said that shopping at Bermuda's newest Radio Shack "will be an experience never known before on this side of the big pond and the timing couldn't be more perfect for finding that special Christmas gift".

The store is on the upper level of the Washington Mall at the Church Street entrance, directly across from Cingular Wireless.

On Wednesday, October 26 at noon Radio Shack plans to celebrate its grand opening. Some special visitors and a few surprises are expected. Refreshments will be available.
