PartnerRe's board of directors has declared dividends on its Series C cumulative redeemable preferred shares and Series D cumulative redeemable preferred shares.

The dividends cover the period December 1 last year to February 28. There will be a dividend of $0.42 per share on the company's 6.75 percent Series C cumulative redeemable preferred shares, and $0.41 per share on the 6.5 percent Series D cumulative redeemable preferred shares. The dividends will be payable on March 1 to shareholders of record on February 19.
