BTC apologised yesterday to DSL customers in the western end of the island including some parts of Devonshire who were experiencing "intermittent" service.

A press statement issued yesterday afternoon said that the cause of the service interruption has been identified and would be resolved within 48 hours. In the interim, BTC was re-routing Internet service through its Hamilton office.
