Utilico Emerging Markets Ltd. raised its shareholding in Integrax Bhd to 12.73 percent or 28.3 million shares after acquiring 7 million shares or a 2.32 percent stake in late November, Malaysian website The Edge Daily reported.

Filings to Bursa Malaysia show the Bermuda-registered fund acquired 4 million shares on November 27 and 3 million shares on November 28.

Earlier filings show it had acquired eight million shares on October 2 and another seven million shares on November 24.

Integrax owns and manages a dry bulk terminal and also provides tug boat services.
