PARIS (AP) — Bermuda-based consulting company Accenture said yesterday it signed a 10-year, $100 million outsourcing agreement with AIG Europe SA to provide an IT platform and insurance support services to its AIG Entrepreneur unit.AIG Entrepreneur specialises in property and casualty insurance for small- and medium-sized businesses. The agreement will be implemented in several European countries, starting initially with France, Accenture said in a statement.

Services will be provided by Accenture Insurance Services — which offers insurance services to life, annuity and pensions insurers globally — through Accenture's service centre in Bucharest, Romania.

The implementation is expected to be completed in less than six months.
