Leading offshore firm Appleby is pleased to announce the promotion of Sarah Moule to the position of counsel in the Bermuda office following last week's appointment of seven new partners across the firm's global office network.

Ms Moule is a member of both the Funds and Investment Services and Structured Finance teams in Bermuda. She has broad expertise in all aspects of corporate law, and specialises in funds, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and ISDA transactions.

She joined Appleby in 2001, after practising in UK law firms for five years.
