Bermuda lawyer promoted by Appleby in Cayman

Former Bermuda Crown counsel Robin McMillan was promoted to counsel at Appleby in Cayman.Mr. McMillan practises in the Cayman Islands office, is a member of the Litigation and Insolvency Practice Group and has over 30 years extensive experience.Before joining Appleby in 1998, Robin worked in the Cayman Islands Government Legal Department as Crown Counsel.

Mr. McMillan practises in the Cayman Islands office, is a member of the Litigation and Insolvency Practice Group and has over 30 years extensive experience.

Before joining Appleby in 1998, Robin worked in the Cayman Islands Government Legal Department as Crown Counsel.

Prior to coming to the Cayman Islands, he spent over ten years in Bermuda as a senior government lawyer, acting in a number of high profile cases in the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal.

At Appleby, Robin specialises in international commercial litigation, insolvency, trusts, company law, judicial review and public law.

The Caymanian Compass, the nation's leading paper, reported that he is a member of more Bars than any other Cayman Islands attorney.

These include the Bars of the Cayman Islands, California, Northern Ireland, Hong Kong, Bermuda and England and Wales.
