More than $1 million worth of shares were traded on The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange during the past week.

The Index saw 109,010 shares swap hands and dropped 14 points over the five-day period. It closed at 5,022.31.

Bermuda Commercial Bank Ltd. (BCB) saw its share price drop $2.50 after 1,000 shares were dropped. It ended the week at $9.05. Meanwhile Bermuda Commercial Bank Ltd. — Warrants also saw its price drop, by 50 cents, and ended the week at $2.50.

Shares of the popular fast food joint Kentucky Fried Chicken Ltd. dipped 25 cents and closed at $6.05.

Argus Group Holdings was another company which saw a drop in share price, by 45 cents. In total 2,000 shares swapped hands and it finished the week at $16.50.

BF&M saw the largest jump in share price, up $1.25. More than 5,000 shares were traded throughout the week and it closed at $20.45.

Bermuda Aviation Ltd. was the only other company to see a rise in their share price last week, by 45 cents, and finished at $20.50.

The BSX Insurance Index closed at 1079.56, a 7.39-point rise, or 0.68 percent.
