Belco Holdings Ltd. saw its stock price fall by eight percent yesterday.

It started the day on The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) at $21.95 but fell to $20.15 after 11,700 stocks traded hands.

Meanwhile the Index as a whole closed at 5,138.87, down 75.49 points (1.45 percent).

In total 49,971 shares were traded valued at $918,180.5.

The BSX Insurance Index finished up 2.42 percent at 1,023.24.
