LONDON (Bloomberg) — Bermuda-based Omega Insurance Holdings Ltd., a Lloyd's of London insurer, said it's in takeover talks with a "number" of bidders.

The unidentified parties "have expressed an interest in acquiring Omega," the company said in a statement distributed by the Regulatory News Service.
