Because of changes in accounting personnel, Devonshire Industries Limited has been granted an extension for the filing of reports by the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX).

The BSX announced that Devonshire had until January 5, 2007 to file annual reports and a subsequent extension for filing of the semi annual reports to February 16, 2007.
