The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) Index declined yesterday, as only one issue traded.

All the 1,200 shares that changed hands were those of Butterfield Bank Ltd. The Bank ended the day 25 cents (0.4 percent) lower at $56.75.

The Index closed down 13.32 points (0.27 percent) at 4,868.34. Turnover was $68,100.
