BSX has a short and quiet week

A short three-day week, caused by the Cup Match national holiday, saw the Royal Gazette / Bermuda Stock Exchange little changed with only a modest 4.56 points (0.09 percent) fall from the closing figure the previous Friday.

Just over $2 million-worth of shares were traded on the week, the largest number 31,042 being Butterfield Bank stock, which closed out the week at $64.

Ten thousand shares of LOM (Holdings) were also exchanges, as were 40 shares of Argus Group. For all three stocks there was no change to the closing prices. The only registered movement during the three days was a 50 cents (7.69 percent) slip in the value of Bermuda Aviation Services shares after 5,594 swapped hands.

The total volume of shares traded was 46,676.
