Investors looking for detailed financial information about companies listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange can now find it — on the BSX website.

The BSX said this week that it has significantly increased the quality and quantity of listed company financial information available on www.bsx.com .

With immediate effect, the most recent audited financial statements of domestic listed issuers will be available on www.bsx.com., the BSX said.

President and chief executive Greg Wojciechowski said: “The BSX is delighted to announce the addition of this functionality to our website.

“We are certain that making this important information more readily accessible to investors and the public will improve the level of transparency in the domestic market while providing additional tools for investors to determine the performance and investment potential of local securities.”

He aded: “As a result of extremely useful feedback we have received from local investors and issuers, we have embarked on an enterprise wide review of our information dissemination mechanisms.

“The enhancement to our website is the first of several exciting initiatives that will expand our outward information flow and add value and an additional level of service to the domestic market.”
