Coldwell presents its city market graduates
Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty has developed a comprehensive training programme to educate representatives in the city market.
Agents who complete this programme will have a greater knowledge of relevant terminology, comparative markets, and city property trends, according to the company.
Dianne Carlson was the first graduate of the programme. A Bermudian and former resident of New York City, Dianne has firsthand knowledge of the pros and cons associated with living in the city.
"She brings a sales and marketing background to her field and welcomes the opportunity to work with developers who recognise this great opportunity and with new city residents and investors who are seeking hassle free living and a great return on their investments," said the company in a statement.
Other recent graduates of the City Living Curriculum include Sharon Cranfield, Angie Gonsalves-Lodge, Cesa (Cecilia) Edwards, and Joy Jones. They have studied extensive research on market trends and developments in order to complete the requirements of the programme.
Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty said it is committed to providing educated, professional representatives who have the knowledge to serve Bermuda's real estate needs.
