Deutsche Bank certificates list on Bermuda Stock Exchange
The listing committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange has announced the approval of the listing of Deutsche Bank AG London TrUES Certificates Programme along with ninety-six certificates issued pursuant to the programme under the Exchange's restricted marketing provisions for qualified investors.
Deutsche Bank AG London is the London branch of Deutsche Bank AG, a corporation domiciled in Germany. The TrUES Certificates Programme is designed to allow institutional investor access to certain new securities to be issued in connection with a spin-off by the Russian Open Joint-Stock Company Unified Energy System of Russia (RAO UES) through certificates issued under the programme. A total of 96 certificates have been listed at this time.
Butterfield Securities (Bermuda) sponsored the listing of both the programme and the certificates.
Greg Wojciechowski, CEO of the BSX, said: "We are delighted to welcome Deutsche Bank AG London TrUES Certificates Programme and the 96 certificates to the official list of the BSX. The BSX listing regulations are specifically designed to facilitate the listing of derivative issues such as this programme that are offered to institutional and sophisticated qualified investors.
"This is the second programme and set of certificates that have taken advantage of the Exchange's listing regulations this year and we are extremely pleased to be working again with Deutsche Bank AG London."
Colin Greene, a managing director in emerging markets equity structuring at Deutsche Bank AG London, said: "Deutsche Bank is the only house offering investors the ability to trade the RAO UES restructuring process conveniently prior to the actual restructuring.
"This is a high value added product for investors and demonstrates the success of Deutsche Bank's leading structured equity franchise."
