Leaders of the future will be the theme of a conference for students held at the Berkeley Institute today.

The Centre for Leadership's 'Future Leaders' event, which starts at 3 p.m. and runs for about two hours.

The conference kicks-off with an introduction by sponsors XL Capital, followed by a talk by Benjamin Zander, conductor of the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra, author of 'The Art of Possibility' and internationally acclaimed speaker.

Mr. Zander will be talking about motivation and leadership, in the build up to the main event, the Woman in Leadership Conference, which will be held at the Fairmont Southampton Hotel tomorrow.
