American Pegasus Perpetual Income Fund Segregated Portfolio has been approved for listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), it was announced yesterday.

The Portfolio was set up by the Cayman Islands-registered American Pegasus SPC and its listing on the BSX was effective from Monday of this week.

The Fund has a number of additional investment funds and segregated portfolios which operate as close-end segregated portfolios of the Fund, but in respect of which none of the shares of such portfolios are listed and it is not intended at this time to seek application for listing of those other shares.
