The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) boosted its ranks with the addition of another listed company to the Index.

The Listing Committee announced the approval of the listing of the shares of Pallinghurst Resources (Guernsey) Ltd., of the total authorised share capital of the company, which is 999,000 shares at one cent each.

The company will maintain a global focus across the commodities spectrum, with a primary focus on underperforming assets, businesses that lack direction, are poorly managed, stranded or distressed.
