East End Group has amalgamated with one of Bermuda's longest serving telecommunications groups, Telecommunications Networks.

Telecommunications Networks, more popularly known as Telecom, has been in operation for more than 40 years, serving commercial and government customers with innovative wireless solutions.

The transaction was completed last month, followed by a brief ceremony hosted by Capital G Bank, official financers for the initiative.

Brett Marshall, chief financial officer of East End Group said: "My partners and I are very pleased to announce the amalgamation with Telecom and our goal is to remain the premier provider of wireless communications systems to the commercial, government and public safety agencies.

"I'd like to extend our gratitude to Capital G with regard to the financing of this deal.

"They have been a trusted advisor throughout the process and brought a wealth of expertise and flexible financial solutions to the transaction.

East End Group is comprised of Bermudians Nicholas Faries, Shaun Goater, Brett Marshall and Timothy Vieira.

This group of individuals come with a diverse background that includes business management, telecommunications and electrical and aviation engineering.

The group also amalgamated with East End Asphalt earlier this year.
