West Hamilton Limited changes name and shares
West Hamilton Holdings has listed common shares on the Bermuda Stock Exchange pursuant to their application and under a scheme of arrangement in accordance with the Companies Act 1981, whereby they became the parent company of West Hamilton Limited.
As a result of the reorganisation, trading in shares of West Hamilton Limited on the BSX ceased at the end of last week. For each cancelled share of West Hamilton Limited (par value $5), shareholders will be allocated five shares of West Hamilton Holdings (par value $1).
Trading in shares of West Hamilton Holdings commenced when the market opened yesterday.
In other BSX news Oleg Jelezko and Ben Harkham have resigned as the director of RenGaz Holdings and been replaced by David Blair and Alex Kotchoubey.
The new appointment were made following a directors resolution, while the company have chosen Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld of London as their legal advisors on US and English law issues, replacing Chadbourne & Parke.
Bermuda Press (Holdings) Limited has appointed Jeanette Szeller as company secretary. The decision was taken at a board meeting to announce the appointment of Ms. Szeller to succeed David Pethen.
