A headline in yesterday's Business section should not have stated that XL Capital's Clive Tobin is retiring from the company. As stated in the story, he is remaining with the company after stepping down as chief executive of insurance operations. In addition, the story should have stated that Brian O'Hara resigned from Security Capital Assurance Ltd.'s board of directors in the "best interest of XL and XL's shareholders". The latter quote did not refer to him stepping down as CEO of XL later this year.
