Butterfield Bank was the only company to experience any change on the Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) yesterday.

The bank's share value dropped five cents (0.3 percent) to close at $18.85, with 1,600 shares traded.

BF&M Ltd., meanwhile, traded 19 shares, but its share price remained unchanged at $18.55.

The Index, as a whole, finished down 7.99 points (0.16 percent) at 4,969.92, as 1,619 shares worth $30,525.55 changed hands throughout the day.

The BSX Insurance Index, meanwhile, closed down 1.68 percent at 1,196.42.
