BF&M Ltd. finished a strong week's trading up five cents at $20.95 on The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) yesterday.

The insurance firm also traded 500 shares throughout the course of the day.

The only other company to experience any activity was Butterfield Bank, with 23,692 shares changing hands.

As a whole, the Index was up 0.66 points (0.01 percent) at 4,778.60, as a total of 24,462 shares worth $427,413.80 were traded.

The BSX Insurance Index inched up 2.33 percent 1,157.27.
