BSX inches ahead

The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) inched up 7.99 points (0.16 percent) to close at 5,085.70 yesterday.
A total of 14,522 shares worth $283,433.40 were traded.
Butterfield Bank were the only company to experience any change as their share price dipped five cents (0.3 percent) to finish on $19.75, as 9,822 shares changed hands.
BF&M Ltd. also traded 4,700 as its share value remained unchanged.
The BSX Insurance Index, similarly, closed up 0.47 percent at 1,306.15.
