Butterfield declines

Butterfield Bank's share price dropped for the second day running on the Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) yesterday.
The bank's share value fell 10 cents (0.01 percent) to close at $18.40, with a total of 12,077 shares being traded throughout the day.
The only other company to experience any share movement were BELCO Holdings Ltd., as 2,888 shares changed hands, but its share price held up at $21.
The Index as a whole was down 15.99 points (0.32 percent) at 4,961.21, as 14,965 shares worth $264,553.50 were traded.
The BSX Insurance Index also declined 2.94 percent to finish on 1,192.61.
