Butterfield falls off

Butterfield Bank was the only company to experience any change of the Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) yesterday.
The bank dropped five cents to close down at $18.50, with 50,200 shares traded.
Overall, the Index was down 7.99 points (0.16 percent) at 4,977.20, as 50,200 shares worth $928,700 changed hands throughout the course of the day.
The BSX Insurance Index also finished down 2.94 percent at 1,192.61.
