Butterfield Bank saw its share price tumble 10 cents (0.5 percent) to close down at $18.80 on the Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index yesterday.

The bank also traded a total of 3,010 shares throughout the day.

Other active share traders included BF&M Ltd. (3,500), Argus Group Holdings Ltd. (1,400) and Bermuda Press Holdings (86), but all of their share values remained unaffected by the respective movements.

The Index, as a whole, finished down 15.99 points (0.32 percent) at 4,953.55, with 7,996 shares worth $147,392.50 changing hands.

The BSX Insurance Index was also down -9.11 points (0.79 percent) at 1146.18.
