Butterfield takes fall

Butterfield Bank was the main player on the Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) yesterday.
The bank's share price lost 15 cents (0.7 percent) off its value to close at $20.75, with 45,065 shares traded.
Argus Group Holdings Ltd. were the only other company to trade any shares, with a total of 3,500 changing hands.
The Index finished down as a whole at 5,170.39, representing a decline of 23.98 points (0.46 percent).
A total of 48,565 shares were traded, with a turnover of $988,968.50.
The BSX Insurance Index, however, was up 1.64 percent at 1,221.83.
